EARTH CORE NATURAL DYE WORKSHOP

This workshop will focus on making Shibori and Earth Core Batik techniques.

Natural dyed entirely with organic matter like leaves, roots, bark & flowers, the byproducts of which will be broken down into compost and fed back into the earth to nourish the soil & prepare it for a new life. Through the process you craft one-of-a-kind products that are non-toxic, sustainable and that even have anti-bacterial and healing benefits.

Learn about mordants, water & PH, dyestuff, dye-baths, Batik/Tie-Dye techniques.
