After travelling for many years, exploring roots of movement & healing from different lineages & teachers, Cami Piazza (@cora.camino) offers a grounded, intuitive & connected class of movement medicine.
Attuning to the energy of this beautiful island, Cami’s classes draw from her extensive background in Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, dance, Qi Gong, functional movement, Zenthai, meditation & pranayama, encouraging vitality, restoration & a greater sense of peace within oneself
